To drive brand visibility, engagement, and sales in the DACH region as part of BRUNA’s 2025 influencer marketing strategy. The campaign focused on launching the new lab-grown diamond engagement collection, while deepening community ties and increasing brand relevance among key creator and consumer audiences.

Approach

Designed and led a two-phase activation combining influencer partnerships, community engagement, and experiential marketing:

1. Influencer & Partner Dinner — Bergmanns Berlin    

  * 25 key opinion leaders, journalists, and brand partners invited.    

   * Purpose: build emotional connection, introduce new product line, and encourage organic storytelling.

2. Community Activation — LAP Coffee Berlin  

   * 1-week local collaboration featuring a limited-edition BRUNA drink & pastry.    

    * Organic UGC encouraged through custom QR codes linking to collection landing page.

The activation was supported by a localized content strategy including teaser reels, TikTok coverage, and influencer storytelling to maximise reach beyond Berlin.

Outcome

* +740K organic impressions across Instagram & TikTok within 2 days.

* +51% uplift in branded search in Germany during campaign period.

* +47% sales uplift vs. previous period.

* Strengthened relationships with top creators, resulting in long-term collaborations initiated post-campaign.

Challenges

Balancing local authenticity with international consistency was key. Coordinating creative alignment between influencer partners, venue stakeholders, and internal brand teams required tight project management and real-time adaptation.

Feedback

The campaign received overwhelmingly positive feedback from both creators and attendees. Influencers praised BRUNA’s personal, value-driven approach and the authentic storytelling opportunity. The Berlin-based community appreciated the brand’s effort to connect locally and celebrate craftsmanship in an inclusive, approachable way.
